About Me

Hi, I’m Casey! I grew up in the heart of the Ozarks in Northwest Arkansas, where nature became my playground. Running barefoot through the hills, exploring hidden trails, and swimming in the Buffalo River, I formed a lifelong connection with the natural world. Moving to Southeast Texas later in my childhood didn’t stop my love for the outdoors, it only expanded it.

For years, hiking, camping, and exploring nature were my passions, but life took a different direction after being injured in service. While it was a difficult transition, it opened the door to pursue my passion for a deeper understanding of plants, ecosystems, and horticulture.

I’m currently working toward my bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, fueled by a desire to turn my lifelong passion into knowledge and expertise. Whether it’s growing beautiful landscapes, studying plant behavior, or learning sustainable gardening practices, I’m on a mission to explore, learn, and create in harmony with nature!
